For over three decades, Avantgarde Music has stood at the forefront of the underground, shaping and supporting artists who redefine the boundaries of extreme music. Once again, we join forces with our trusted partner Occult Booking, the independent agency devoted to extreme and experimental sounds, to bring you a new chapter in this celebration of the avantgarde spirit.

Vinterland: a cult name in Swedish black metal history, whose legacy continues to inspire generations of bands worldwide. In 2026 the band will celebrate the 30th anniversary of their only studio album Welcome My Last Chapter with a selection of exclusive gigs throughout Europe, and they chose Avantgarde Music Festival as their Italian stop, which also marks the first Italian gig ever for the Swedes.
Moonlight Sorcery: one of the most exciting forces in contemporary Finnish black metal, blending ferocity, melody and epic atmospheres into a spellbinding live experience. Moonlight Sorcery only plays a very limited number of shows every year, Avantgarde Music Festival will be their very first Italian gig and one of the few international appearances of the band in 2026.
More bands will be announced soon. Expect a carefully curated lineup that embodies the essence of Avantgarde Music: uncompromising, visionary, and deeply rooted in the underground. The festival will once again be held at Legend Club, in the heart of Milan, Italy. Prepare once again to gather, celebrate, and immerse yourself in a night where darkness, artistry and intensity converge. The underground lives on.
How to Get to Legend Club: Legend Club is located at Viale Enrico Fermi 98, Milan, easily accessible by public transportation and car. For those using the metro, take the M3 Yellow Line to Affori Centro station—it’s just a short walk from there. If you’re driving, the venue is conveniently close to the A4 motorway, with parking available nearby.
