Mayrhofen, Zillertal, Austria – From March 23 to 28, 2026, the Mayrhofen-Hippach holiday region will transform into the loudest metal festival in the Alps with Full Metal Mayrhofen – wilder, heavier, and more legendary than ever.

In addition to already confirmed acts such as In Extremo, Donots, Beyond The Black, Emil Bulls, and Doro, the Metal Queen herself, today’s announcement of the final lineup completes the full program, including the daily schedule, for Full Metal Mayrhofen 2026.

The latest additions include The Butcher Sisters, who will kick off the final program phase with their energetic mix of metal and rap, and Styrian death metal powerhouse Grimming, strengthening the lineup as a promising newcomer act. Adding even more action are Evil Jared & Krogi with their live performance.

The British DJ duo Cowgirls From Hell will make the mountains shake with ruthless precision and a whole slew of metal hits. The dancefloor is also well-covered: DJ Hüby, DJ Markus Babbel, and the mysterious SM Pitcontrol will complement the nightly program with exciting DJ sets.

Traditionally rooted in the festival are the one and only Maschine, as well as Die Analphabeten, who will add maximum volume and party energy to the festival.

From Monday to Wednesday, the brand-new concert arena at the Europahaus will open. From Thursday to Saturday, the festival returns to the Waldfestplatz. The daily schedule is as follows:

Monday – Wednesday: The Butcher Sisters, Bloodbound, Grimming, Ozzyfied, Seasons In Black, Dragony & DJs

Thursday: Donots, Paleface Swiss, Emil Bulls, Turbobier

Friday: In Extremo, Ensiferum, Rauhbein, Die Analphabeten

Saturday: Doro, Beyond The Black, Induction, Liquid Steel

On the Kasermandl and Stieralm stages: Evil Jared & Krogi, Mambo Kurt, Reis Against The Spülmachine, Blechblos’n, Da Rocka & Da Waitler, Cowgirls From Hell, DJ Hüby, DJ Markus Babbel, Maschine, Nori, and the SM Pitcontrol DJs.

3-day and 6-day tickets are available – with or without the special offer including the gondola ride up to the 2,095-meter-high Penken. Fans can also book accommodation, ski passes, equipment, and complete all-inclusive packages directly through the official festival website: www.full-metal-mayrhofen.de

Aside from the stages, plenty of other highlights await the mountain metallers: Ahorn and Penken mountains offer a wide range of options for winter sports and relaxation, while the Tux Glacier is the perfect destination for those who want to go even higher. Guests who prefer not to strap one or two boards to their feet can still enjoy the icy white landscape by winter hiking or tobogganing. Those seeking something quieter can relax with one of the many wellness offers or enjoy regional specialties. Many local businesses open their doors to offer insights into their craftsmanship – from beer brewing to the production of spicy Alpine cheese. Well fortified, visitors can enjoy the concerts on the mountain and in the valley even more.

For their accommodation during this wild week, Metalheads can choose from a wide range of hotels and guesthouses via Travelcircus to suit their personal taste. Additionally, visitors can put together their own winter sports and wellness schedule. All the vital information can be found on the official website of the Mayrhofen-Hippach holiday region, that has links to accommodation, event tickets, ski passes, ski lessons and spa offers. Our recommendation for winter sports enthusiasts is too book the classic ski pass. You’ll also be able to rent skis and snowboards.

The countdown is on: get your tickets now, because Full Metal Mayrhofen 2026 will be the loudest winter holiday in the scene!
